Dear Frank,

Lately, I’ve been pondering XF3, as I’m sure you have been as well. And if there’s one thing that I learned from The X-Files, it’s that film and television require an enormous amount of work to produce. So, in an attempt to lighten your workload a little bit, I’d like to offer my services.

See, recently I took a trip to Los Angeles to look at schools, but my trip wasn’t limited to just that. There were the obligatory Philetastic adventures to XF locations, as well as the normal touristy stuff. However, this trip also contained a valuable learning experience. Somehow, just two days after arriving in L.A., I ended up as an extra a movie. That’s right. I now have extensive film experience.

Okay, by extensive I mean about 14 hours from one day on set, BUT this was an AFI thesis film. And as you know, people who go to AFI are totally way more awesome than others (amirite?). So that means that my time as a PA/extra is worth more than it normally would have been. So, obviously, I would make an awesome extra for XF3. And if I can stand in the middle of the desert dressed in all black for 14 hours, then getting killed by aliens should be a cinch.

So, what do you say, Frank? I work for free. And you don’t really need any more stress in your life, so let me take some of that off of your shoulders.
