It’s February 2010 and lots and lots of Philes have been asking, what now?
Just in case any of you thought we weren’t still on top of things, plans have been in the works for the next phase of the Believe in the Future campaign for the XF3 Army since early January. We aren’t yet ready to divulge specifics but rest assured we haven’t given up and neither should you! It is the ultimate goal of this campaign to convince Fox that a third X-Files feature film is not only necessary, but would be profitable. It’s what XFN’s meeting with Fox in November was all about. We are now 12 months out from the start of the Believe in the Future campaign and since giving up isn’t in our vocabulary, we are asking that it not be in yours.
Our crack team of editors and correspondents have been working diligently over the last 6 weeks in between real life cycle film projects for Ms. Quijada and graduate film school applications for the Devols and the entire XFN Team has come together to push forward towards this next phase. We’ve been asked a few times of late why our fandom should get this green light and our answer is simple. Philes do it better.
